My Question or Issue

I have premium for family and it works with 2 family members. The third member shows a status 'invite sent' and when we select accept in th email it pops up a window prompting a payment. I've tried removing the invite and re-sending but the same happens again.

thanks for the screenshots !

 

Have the third user make sure he got the acceptance email and replyed to it.

 

Check spam folder or resend and have them use a different browser or incognito page to approve.
