Premium not working and no response from support

Hello, I was kicked out of Premium due to a lost credit card. When I renewed, it says premium on my account info, but it´s not working as premium. Right now I have used all of my 10 "free" hours, so I can´t listen to anything!!!! I have reported twice to support, no 496755 and 499795 and there is NO RESPONSE! I have been a premium client since the beginning and I expect to be treated as one. Very bad support, and no phone number either. Pls get in contact w me asap. Björn
