Premium problems

I just got a premium account and the app says that I do not have premium. I am using an android phone. I tried the methods of logging in and out and also the uninstall reinstall. Noting is working and I am starting to get frustrated. Someone please help.

Hi, and welcome to the Spotify community!

 

  • To make sure you are premium, please go to your account settings and manage your subcriptions. It will display if you are indeed premium there.
  • Please note it does take up to an hour to activate your subscription in the servers.
  • It should say on spotify for computer 'Spotify Premium' if your account is fully activated.

The website says I have an active membership, but the computer app does not say that I have premium.
