Duplicate Account? Facebook?

I just reinstalled Windows and loaded up Spotify, but then when I closed Spotify and put in my login info, none of my playlists show up. I tried the steps shown, but I can not login properly. I think there is a duplicate account issue. Any help?

E-cards are no longer available in the US

I know you can not buy an E-card in the US, but if someone from the UK, for instance, were to buy an E-card and send it to me, would I still be able to use it?
