Error 408

Hi, I'm from Sweden but I've been in australia for 7 months and since 1 month ago I can't sign in to my spotify account from my iPhone and suddenly all my songs are unsynced again. I just get the error 408 as soon as I try to log in, help please?

New iphone says I om on 48 hour trial even though I am premium user

I got a new iphone 5 today and when I log into spotify for the first time it says "48 hours remaining of your trial" even though I have been a premium member for a long time and it always worked on my old iphone. What can I do?

I think I've been hacked

I have a premium account...just logged in on my iPhone and EVERYTHING is gone and I'm not even recognized as having an ongoing premium account. Tried on my laptop computer and same thing shows. Please help.
