Premium stopped - how do I find payment history (I think via Vodafone) ?

Morning, I've been a Premium User for ages, and suddenly this has stopped and reverted to a Free account. I suspect this may be something to do with Vodafone UK who are paying my subscription through a mobile phone deal, but before I call them I want to check the payments on my account.

If I look in Receipts on my Account Overview it simply says No Receipts Found so, before I ring Vodafone (....which is one of the most painful customer service experiences known to man) I want to find out the payment history for my account and when the payments (appear to have) stopped.

Can anyone help how I could find that ?

Hey @simoncbradley63, thanks for coming to the Spotify community for help.

 

As you Spotify subscription was set up through Vodafone, they are the only ones that can provide the receipts for the service. In this case, we'd suggest you to get in touch with them directly to clarify the cancelation of your current subscription. They can also help you activate it once again.
