Premium subscription doesn't work

Premium subscription doesn't work

Yesterday my subscription ran out because I didn't have enough money on my iTunes account, so I went to the store and bought a new iTunes card and I payed my bill for the subscription. The money came out of my account but I did not receive a receipt and my premium isn't working. I've signed in and out countless times, deleted and reinstalled the app itself three times, and I've even shut my phone on and off. I really would like to use what I payed for but I can't
