Unexpected Charges

Hello, I've been getting unexpected charges on my credit card for the premium subscription but I don't know where it's coming from. I tried to check already if I do have any other accounts by logging in using FB or using my e-mail and username but all of the subscription is already deactivated. Is there a way I can search for the account using the order number?

Hi there, first I suggest you to call your bank or credit Institution to block any transaction from Spotify or a 3rd party. Then if you want a refund, I suggest you to contact Spotify staff on Twitter at @spotifycares or on Facebook on there official page. They will help you with the problem.
