Premium subscription gone

Got a new phone, downloaded Spotify,logged in, went to my section and none of my saved songs were there and my account wasn't premium no more even though in my receipts it shows my subscription expires on the 22nd of January 2017

Hey there! 

It's likely that you may have logged into an old account. 

Doublecheck the username on the email and make sure you login with that username here - https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ 

If there's no username on the email and just a 10 digit number, it'll be your facebook account you need to login with.

Thanks for replying. Went to check what email I was sent the subscription receipt and it's the same email I used to log in. Not sure what's happening. I mean it took me awhile to put together my library😣
