Premium trial I didn't sign up for

Premium trial I didn't sign up for

I opened Spotify today after having used it earlier and it now says I am "using premium." I did not purchase premium and did not sign up for a trial of it and I don't want it. There is no option to cancel my trial under account subscriptions.

 

How do I remove this trial? I don't have payment method attached to my account, but I do have facebook, so I shouldn't be charged when it runs out if I can't remove it?

Welcome to the Community!

 

There's no cause for concern, I've just had a look at your account and it appears you are currently making use of our 48 Premium trial. Once these 48 hours are up, your account will revert back to the free service and you will not be charged 🙂

Can you please check mine too I have the same situation

I am having this same problem. I was using spotify free yesterday and yet today it says that I have a trial for spotify premium that will expire on March 23rd? I did not sign up for the trial and I do not want it.
