Premium user, spotify shows blank message when logging in, and boots me back out

I've been having this problem on my android phone for a while (like, a year, but since I rarely use it I haven't done anyting.) Now it's happening on my laptop too. I log in, see my playlists etc, but there's either a blank window, or  window saying "new to spotify?" ..either way,, the result is the same. I click away that window, and spotify auto-logs me out. 

I have downloaded it ad reinstalled but it doesn't help. Help?

Hi and thanks! Just the X in the corner on the blank one, but on the "new to spotify" one it has I'm new to spotify button, and the other button which asks if I'm this usernames,  which I am not. I used that once, the link underneath, where it says Another account? and log in, but that has spotify-log in, and I'm using facebook, so it's just saying wrong password..

Strange, what happens if you click "I'm new"?

If I click "I'm new" the register now button comes up.

Ok, very weird, now it just suddenly logged in, (I did nothing) and suddenly it works. Mighty puzzled.
