Hi,

My friends and I have a family account yesterday our spotify just stopped being premium. It happened for all at a different time. It says that I should update my payment details, however whenever I try to add a payment method and I tried with three different cards yesterday and today about 5 times, a message comes up that my bank has issues. Doesn't make sense since the cards were from different banks. My guess there is something wrong with spotify. Someone had the same experience?
