Okay, I've been paying for premium for about 7 months now and all of a sudden I started getting commercials again, so I doublecheck to make sure my account was still premium because I have been getting charged 1299 every month for it and when I looked at my account settings it said that my account was switched to free and it was not. Now when I go to update my Spotify premium again it's making me pay 12.99 all over again which I refused to pay because I've already paid it this month. Fix this issue please!

That stinks. I'll let the staff know about this and hopefully we'll get the figured out soon.

 

To make their job a little bit easier, can you tell me a couple things about what you're running Spotify on?

 

  1. Device/Devices (iPhone 5, Dell Laptop, LGG3, etc)
  2. OS (Windows 10, IOS 8, etc)
  3. Version Of Spotify (3.6.0.923, etc)
