What is the monthly cost for Spitify? The website states $9.99, but when I attempted to sign up, the price was $12.99. Please clarify. Thanks!

For the cheapest possible price, purchase premium directly from Spotify. I see you're trying to buy premium within the app, which uses Apple's app store to handle details and payments, which means they have to charge extra.
