Privacy Features/Issue

I'm paying for a Premium account, the least you could do is let me Private my profile, hide my TOP ARTISTS/TRACKS. It keeps showing up on my PUBLIC profile how the heck do I get rid of it. Plus, I can't even upload a picture UNLESS I CONNECT TO FACEBOOK. Geez.

HELLO please just point me to a solution because searching the whole forum is just too much hassle. If it had a CONCRETE SOLUTION, it would have already been added to the official FAQ HELP and I would have found the answer by now.

Thanks I know of this feature but the "Top Tracks" or "Top Artists" still appear on my public profile. Is there no way or has there already been suggestions to Spotify about a Private Account option? A private session is a temporary solution and does not remove the "Top Tracks" or "Top Artists".
