Problem: Can't change Profile Picture

Hello!

tldr;

"Change" Button doesn't pop up in Windows Desktop Application on new Account.

I've created a new Account, so that I can disconnect my Spotify Account from my Facebook account for good (It used to display Numbers at my name, I got annoyed so I made a new Spotify account).

Now, I've added a proper name to my account and set up everything, like Family Premium that kind of stuff and copied my playlist.

Though I still can't add a Profile Pic to my account in the Desktop Application.

I've tried to restart my pc, restart the app, restart my internet connection if that would change anything, reinstalled the app, installed it through Windows Marketplace, etc., and it still doesn't show me the "Change" Button, which is supposed to appear...

I'd love for your help on this.
