Problem changing country and pay method

Hi,

I moved from holland to spain. Always had a subsripction of 10 euros a month. I try to update my paypal account to a spanish one (have both dutch paypal and spanish paypal accounts). Then it says change country to spain (which is what I want). But nothing happens and I cant get a subscription.

If I try changing country manually the option is grey. I dont have a proxy.

Could someone please help?
