Problem downloading sptify

When i try to download spotyfiy i get this message right away "unable to download spotify... will try again in 20 second(s) then after that it says 

The installer wasnt able to connect to the internet. Please make sure that the computer is connected to the Internet and that no firewall is blocking the program and please try again.

I looked on the firewall both spotify.exe are allowed through and i have connection to the internet please help?
