Problem promo 3x1 beggining to premium again.

Hey!

My suscription to spotify premium was ended one month ago. During this month, a promotion of spotify premium was offered to me: the promo says that If I'm back to premium, I just pay one month (CLP 3.099) and I will receive 3 months of premium service.

Well, I did, I registered my new card o begin again premium, but actually my profile says that my premium status is valid just until the next month (one month) instead of 3 months.

Could you help me to get solution of this issue?
