Problem resetting PW

Problem resetting PW

I'm trying to help a collegue to reset his password.

 

After he clicks on the link in the mail he gets to the reset PW page, enters a new PW and then ends up at the "took too long time" or something like that and the new PW doesn't work.

 

What to do?

Could you ask him to try a different internet browser?

We've tried both Safari on his iPhone and Chromium @ Ubuntu 😞

Was his account created through Facebook? If so, it'll always be his Facebook email address and password he uses to login.

 

If he has a Spotify-specific username he'll need to get in touch with support from here.
