Problem resetting PW

i try to reset pw, get the message "an email has been sent" etc

still not gettin any emails

If you have still not received a rest email within 20 minutes, and you checked you spam folder, you should contact Spotify directly here. If you get an automated reply, just reply directly to that email and you should get a response within 24 hours 🙂

Also, if this is not the account  you want reset, you should let them know what account you want the password reset for 🙂
