Problem satrting my account

when i tried to star my account, it says "your country does not matches the country stablished in your profile, update your account or update to premium" when i tried to update the country on my account, it says "we sorry, this email is already registered". I tried a lot of times but i cant get chile ( i´m in chile and my account says mexico). guys if you couls help me it would be great. thanks
