Problem to resign

Hi,

I've just installed Spotify for 30 day for free and it I want to resign because I do not want to use it. After 30 days it costs automatically.

But I CANNOT RESIGN! Nowhere is an option to cancel it!

Do I have to wait for the end of the testing time to cancel it?

I think this is not fair.

Please help me.

You should be able to cancel from your online account like outlined on the help page?:

It seems that you are using Spotify free as you can see under "Abonnementstatus". So there is no need to cancel subscription 🙂

Ohh yes, you are totally right! 

I was just confused about the fact that there is also Premium free and I thougt that I had subscribed this instead of the free version.

As long as you haven't entered any payment details (such as your credit/debit card number) then you are definitely on Spotify free and as mentioned don't need to cancel. 😉
