Problem with Premium upgrade

Problem with Premium upgrade

I upgraded to the premium through the free trial. everytime I log in through my iPhone or ipad it keeps telling me I need to upgrade.  Does this process take awhile? Help

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

Sometimes it can take a while for your mobile client to recognise your subscription. I would suggest that you try logging out and back in a few times to see if that forces your subscription to update. 

If not, I saw a post here which might be of use to you. 

 

If you can't get it to work, then you can contact the customer support using the online contact form.
