Problem with Spotify Gift Card

Hello,

Two days ago i bought a Spotify Gift Card at Aral in Germany.

Now i tried to activate it, but it doesnt work.

Actually i think that the last number/letter of the Code is missing.

Can I restore it some way, for example with the serial number?

I can send you a picture of the gift card, if needed.
