Problem with premium

Problem with premium

I payed for 1 month premium with 1 month free trail and after 1 month i cant listen to music on my phone and when i press download then there stay that i discovered a premium feathure and that i need to start free premium trail. What i need to do ??

Hey @kewin_985,

 

Can you please perform a reinstall of the Spotify app? That should fix it. 🙂

i can play the music end my cell plaese somebody could call me to resoud my problem rogers can't do noting for me my number is [redacted]  tanks

Unfortunately, Spotify doesn't offer customer support over the phone. Can you please perform a reinstall of the Spotify app?
