Problem with unsubscription

Hi

I want to unsubscribe my spotify unlimited because I couldn't upgrade to premium. 

I've tried to unsubcribe (https://www.spotify.com/se/account/subscription/thanks/) but seems it's still same..

Someone can help me?

As you subscribed using a gift card, you would remain on the same subscription until the process ends. However, we may be do something here. Could you pop over a message to us via the contact form at all?
