Estoy intentando cambiar mi contraseña de Spotify y no hay manera. He cambiado la contraseña de Facebook y puedo entrar desde ahí sin problemas, pero el problema está en que sigo pudiendo entrar desde mi antigua contraseña de Spotify y la página no me permite cambiarlo.
Entro en: https://www.spotify.com/es/account/profile/
Y al poner la nueva contraseña (2 veces) y la antigua y darle a Guardar perfil me sale el mensaje sobre donde está mi correo de: "Ya hay una cuenta registrada con esta dirección de correo." y obviamente estoy logado y con esa dirección de correo, con lo que no lo veo coherente.
También he probado de decir que no la recuerdo para poder reestablecerla y me dice que entre vía facebook, pero esa no es la solución, ya que acaba dirigiéndome a la misma pantalla donde no me deja cambiar la contraseña.

y veo que no puedo modificar mi antigua contraseña de Spotify.

Al parecer, habían respondido con otro correo, aparte del que he puesto arriba con indicaciones de como resolverlo, pero este otro correo había llegado a la bandeja de spam.

Hey! Sorry for the English reply!
That error message generally points to a duplicate account in the system. If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form (which you can do in spanish!) they will be able to get that sorted for you.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I posted this message in this community forum because I contacted with support service in this page, but the response is that the answer for my question will be repplied in this forum...
I think that it's a problem that other users can't resolve because seems a account problem.
I am very surprised that the solution of my problem in support service are coming to this forum to ask for my answer.
I am very upset with this service. Spent years paying and in my first problem no appears solution... If Spotify do not solve the incident (that i think that it is not complicated in this case), I will have to close the account 😞

Al darle a reiniciar password por haberlo olvidado me enviaron un mail para resetearlo, que inicialmente no vi porque me entró como spam.
