Problemas com email e senha

Problemas com email e senha

Tinha uma conta premium e exclui ela, na pagina dizia que eu poderia fazer outra conta (pois entrei na premium da minha familia e sai da antiga) e que aquela em 7 dias estaria totalmente deletada, ai então fiz a nova conta usando o numero de celular, não lembro de ter pedido para eu criar uma senha e nem de cadastrar um email, agora não consigo cadastrar o email (que é o mesmo da conta que eu exclui) e nem trocar de senha, pois minhas possiveis duas senhas não são as utilizadas. quero cadastrar meu email e minha senha para que eu nunca tenha problema de iniciar uma sessão em outro dispositivo talvez.

Thank you for the suggestion @ReCel, that link has some useful information. To clarify the situation, when you create a new account with a phone number, the login process is different and you don't need to set up an email or password (check the link sent previously by @ReCel).

 

However, if you want to add an email; login to your account on your mobile and follow the steps listed in this article. After that, you'll need to Reset your password to create one.
