In this type of case we'd first recommend resetting the password and following the other troubleshooting steps mentioned in this article. 

If you're not receiving the password reset email, we'd also recommend trying the process on an incognito/private window, a different browser or even a different Wi-Fi connection and checking your spam/junk folders (or any other filtered folders).
