Problems to log in with Facebook

I haven't been able to log in with Facebook since yesterday. When I click on ''long in with facebook'' my device tries to connect but suddenly this message appears: ''Problems to log in: It has occurred a mistake trying to access to this app. Try it again later.'' (This is not the exact message because it is a translation from Spanish). 

What can I do? Why does this mistake happen?

Hi @Alba3, welcome to the Spotify Community!

In this case, try to log in by using your Facebook email address as username and password. Make sure not to use the Log in with Facebook option.

If you're still unable to access, go to your Facebook profile > Settings > Apps, and remove Spotify from the list. Once you've done that, you should be able to log in with the blue button to log in with Facebook.
