Problems to log in

My son has got Spotify-Premium account and he got new phone and he cannot log in, because he does not remember his password. We cannot request for his password because we do not remember which email-address is connected to his Spotify account. He only remembers his user name..

It's possible to send a password reset email by entering the username of the account here: https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/

Thanks, but the problem is that it sends the link to the email used as registered on Spotify, but he does not remember what email he used when he registered....so we cannot get that link where to reset the password....

He should contact Spotify Support via one of the channels below so they can try to help him regain access back to his account:

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
