Problems with my Student Account

Hello,
I'm a french student, I've made the request for "Spotify Student" and I get the mail which says "Congratulations! We have successfully confirmed your status. You may now access the exclusive student pricing at Spotify."

 

But when I click on the link, and enter with my Spotify account, I have a ban that says "It appears that you are not eligible for the discounted product that you are trying to purchase. If you'd like you can still upgrade your account to premium at any time."

 

What can I do? Thanks for the help

You don't go to a german university so I don't think that you qualify for the student discount.

Unfortunately, the student discount is currenty only available in United States, United Kingdom and Germany.

But, actually I live in Germany. This doesen't change anything? Is about the country of the school, not the country were you live?
