Problems with premium account

Hi everyone,

I have Spotify Premium since 2 month,so I paid 2 times.
But last Month i wanted to log in to spotify, but all my playlist were lost and I used normal Spotify.

So i search for my profil and i could find myself on Spotify.

The problem is that i pay for spotify premium but i cant use it, because I can´t log in with my original account.

So what i can do?

Hey @Konrads! Welcome to the community 🙂

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to get that sorted out for you. Sounds like you have more than one account, so its possible one of them has become "lost" in the system.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
