Problems!

I've had problems with my account for over 2 months now. After seeing several
Posts on the help forums about the same problem i thought it would be uneccesary to nag about it and Hoped for you to release a fully functional version. My problem? I have Spotify on several docks and have managed to solve problems on my computers by reading the forums. Still my Iphone **uh-oh**s up trying to interract with facebook, I myself cant remember ever to have accepted an agreement to connect with my facebook but i cant be 100% positive about that. I logon with the same information but gets accses to diffrent playlists on my phone. If you got the ability to reset my account and take away any connections with my facebook, please do so. I'n considering cancelling my subscription but i do not want to YET as i've enjoyed your brilliant program since early beta versions. Hopefully thankful in advance.

Hello.

Think I might have sorted this out now. Try logging in using "wilgot" as your username, rather than your email address. This should get you into your playlists on both devices.

I tried logging in on the Wilgot account on my mobile, Still getting the wrong playlists. Im sorry to say but after your hotfixes to my account I now get logged out automaticly within seconds and getting the message saying " Couldn't log in, Could not login to Spotify. Maybe you've changed or misspelled the password?" thank you for the fast replies.

Hi. when i log inn to spotify with my username andhau89 and my password, a different owner apers.. Adrian Seabeach.. My name is not adrian 😛 it's André 🙂 can anyone do something about this?

Log in with your Spotify username in the desktop client, then go to Edit/Spotify > Preferences > Social Network > Disconnect from Facebook and then reconnect with your own if you are a Facebook user and that should sort it for you 😉

hola todos ...soy usuario de spotify y recientemente tengo un problema la musica se me para y vuelve a sonar a los 15/20' segundo y he comprovado que no tiene que ver con problemas de conexion....que tengo que hacer yo estoy pagando cada mes y no estoy sadisfecho...un saludo luca

i wasnt conected to facebook, when i conected the acount my picture came but the other name is stil ther 🙂 ....
