Profile hacked to follow and like fake artists

Hi,

My account is constantly hacked in the last few days from random countries just to follow and like random fake artists and playlists.

Some of the fake artists are:

Léo Ferreira

GBoss

TOKYO'S REVENGE

As I see it's a massive hack since these artists has so much fake followers and plays. I'm sharing these names because Spotify team should really track back these hacks. And I would be happy if there whould be a way to actually report these things (not just changing pw), also a way to remove these annoying artists from my profile completely and ban them permanently.
