Profile picture glitch?

I've never had trouble changing my profile picture - I started off with a facebook accound, so it was never a problem. When Spotify came out with the update that allowed you to change it with a simple click instead of an annoying (but managable) process, I was thrilled. But somehow, after a few months of switching around my picture, I suddenly cannot change it. Through the Spotify program on my computer (which is a Windows 10), when going to my user and clicking the gray "change" button on my profile picture, nothing happens. The mouse changes to click on it, but when I do, there is no popup, not even an error message. I am hoping this is a bug, but I have closed and re-opened Spotify, logged out and logged back in, changed my facebook picture, and even reset my computer twice. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
