Need some assistance, being charged full price

So i have been having spotify premium with student discount for two years now and just this last month have been charged the $10 for regular non discounted service. I had went into acount and put my student discount again and it says they will charge me again the $4.99 plus tax starting next month. I just wanted to see if i would be refunded as i never took the discount off and it has been on my account for two years. You can see in my account payments as well. Please help 🙂
