Removing a device

I just spent 5 minutes writing a post only to end it with, "I'm starting to regret paying for spotify," only to have the website give me some "flooding" error after posting and thus loosing my darn post.

Shortened story - my ex has my Amazon Echo and I want it removed from my device list.  My offline list has been reset and is empty, but the darn webplayer device list STILL shows My Echo.  

Also, Spotify (App, Iphone 7) keeps changing the device on which it is playing while I'm listening.  I choose bluetooth bose soundlink II headphones, works for a bit, then switches back to either the echo (that I want to delete, above), or just straight up playing on my phone speakers, which is REALLY annoying in a quite work space.  I change it back, then it changes RIGHT BACK a few seconds later like it is deliberately fighting me.

Spotify is starting to suck more and more.
