Profile won't load in

Profile won't load in

Dear Spotify,

Currently I am facing the issue that my profile does not load on several devices. When I open my profile to check it, it loads for a while and then gets an error. No error code is specified and I work in IT so I have done most of the statutory troubleshooting.

1. Clear Cache and Cookies

2. Reinstalled Spotify

3. Tried several devices (Including local installment and web-based)

4. Reset password and updated my profile

5. Reconfigured settings, but no luck

6. Checked for firewall or rules that block any incoming signal, but nothing blocks Spotify.

Device

Desktop/Windows, iPhone 11 Pro Max and on my work laptop Dell.

Operating System

Windows 10, MacOS and Windows 11

(iOS 16.1.2, Windows 11/10)

 

My Question or Issue

I want my profile to load in so I can see my status, playlists and such.

We had a slight hiccup for a short period of time resembling the issue you've described. Could you confirm that all is working properly on your end now?
