Hi! My profile picture is not showing and my name is just a number id. How to fix it? Deleted Spotify on my phone and installed it again, no change.

Which operating system are you using? Are you logging in with facebook?

Logging in with facebook yes. The problem is on my phone (androide) and my ipad.

Occasionally, the spotify and facebook servers briefly stop talking to each other but it normally sorts itself out within 24 hours. Was your facebook picture shown before and just disappeared or is this a new account? Does your facebook profile appear on your PC?
