Vodafone Spotify premium offer - Transferring onto existing premium account

Hi,

 

I cancelled my Spotify Premium and waited for my last payment to expire before signing up to Spotify Premium using the link I was given by Vodafone.

 

My account now says that it's linked to the Vodafone deal, but when I log in to my account it still says that I need to upgrade to Spotify Premium to listen to tracks offline.

 

Clearly something isn't synching up - can you please help? Vodafone tell me I need to create a new account, but I don't really want to.

Hi, thanks for replying. It says I'm on Spotify Free. How do I change this?

Could you try logging out and back in, making sure to use the username shown on your account overview or your facebook credentials if the username is a 10 digit number.
