Purchased Premium, not working properly :(

Purchased Premium, not working properly :(

I've purchased Spotify Premium, have receipt, however it's not working when I log on to app on phone.. only allows me to listen to Spotify radio...  I've logged in both on Facebook and through my username and password...  Help!

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Spotify desktop should say 'Spotify premium' at the top.
3) Try reinstalling Spotify.
4) Do you know which account you subscribed with? As make sure you login with the details of the account that you have used to subscribe!
