RICHARD... PLZ HELP!!!

I have been chrged now four months in a row after repeadely trying to recind my trial. I tried to check it out and it was not worth the money "for me" since I didn't listen enough away from home and I am unemployed so on a very tight military disability income.

 

I emailed three times and tried to call but thee is no way to do that. I was told the last time It was canceled, I still have to get my refund for the last two months (I'll accept the first month as my error) and to add insult to injury, I was just charged AGAIN!

 

Please, save me from this tangled web of automatic drafts on my bank account.
