Error code 6.4-
I just pruchased a Premium account in order to play Spotify on my TV. I am logged in on my MAC but after multiple attempts using my user name and my emial address, and yes it is the correct password, I store my password on LastPass and there is no way I caould do that wrong 5 times, no luck.
I see no way on the site to actually contact Support maybe I'm missing something. A site without clear, obvious ways to get officail help looks to me like a company trying to dodge customers ala cable companies.
Multiple attempts using email and and user name.
BTW- I only joined at Premium because it was the only way to play on ROKU and I am having a Boxing Day party Friday and wanted to use a playlist that I saw on OpenCulture, the funky, cool list which is currently playing James Brown, sweet but useless if I can't login. Lots of pauses...
Spotify shouldn't start the clock on my subscription until I can login.
