Random Vietnamese Songs Keep Playing

Hi,

Every once in a while, when a song is over, a random Vietnamese song will play. Sometimes it's an entire album. It stays in my daily mix. When I hit the next button nothing happens. It's like it's the last song of all time and it's not going anywhere. I've reinstalled Spotify, but to no avail.
