Random email on account

Question or Issue

Hi,

I have a very strange conundrum - I have always logged into my Spotify account using facebook and recently upgraded to premium using the same email address I have done for years. However, trying to log in on a new device I found my email not recognised.

Going to my spotify account online I found the email address registered was completely unfamiliar to  me and I have no way of getting it changed as my password has also been altered.

There is no way to contact spotify support as there is only an email form and they send any responses to the unfamiliar email.

How can I alter the details in my account?
