Hey can some one help me out?? I uninstalled Spotify off my cell phone because an antivirus application did some unauthorized cleaning of some files which where all the music files that Spotify downloaded and then Spotify wouldn't redownload those songs that I grabbed prior to this problem... So I uninstalled Spotify cleared all the data in the Spotify app through the settings and then I reinstalled Spotify and entered all my previous sign-in information however It's got me signed in as a non premium user when I bought my cell phone I got the premium Spotify Application for free for 2 years as part of the promotional offer for this cell phone... BUT!! It's not giving me back my premium account... Can you please email me a solution please at: Tony_From_Earth@yahoo.ca

Try logging into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

After that, check the status of your subscription. If everything looks ok, logout of the app in your device, and be sure to use that username, instead of your email address, to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features.
