Hello,

My spotify account is blocked so i cant log in. I receved a Email whitch says the payment didnt succeed. Is it possible to turn this bakc? I really like spotify and i use it every day. So this sucks.

Hello,

What do you mean by your account is "blocked"? Also, are you a premium user? If you are having trouble logging in I would recommned the options to recover your username a/o password. If the payment you are trying to make is for a premium account, you could just delete the accpunt you are not able to acess and try with a new account. Hope this helps. 🙂

I cant log in on the website so i cant delete my profile.. if i try making an account with my email it doesnt work..
