Reactivate Premium Family Account from my wife

Hi, 

 

i have got a Premium Family account on my name. My wife is on my plan with another family account. She had troubles with her phone and now her family account is gone. When she opens the Spotify app she is asked to login. My question now: What can we do to get her back into her account so she can keep her playlists. I don't want to add a new account and delete her old one, because then she would lose her playlists. Is it possible to send her an re-invitation for her old account?

thanks for reaching out !

 

Not sure i understand correctly, however it's important to mention that any data gathered on a Spotify account is saved.

 

That means your wife will have all her data back on the account the minute she logs in as Premium.

 

Now, in order to determine which subscription is currently enrolled on her account, make sure to visit the account overview page.

 

If she's back on the Free account, you can send an invite from your plan as the owner.
